Mitchell Ostrom, a standardization instructor assigned to Company C, 2nd Battalion, 147th Aviation Regiment, explains the Bambi Bucket system and how Iowa Army National Guard aircrews train to safely employ the equipment during firefighting and emergency response missions.The training helps maintain aircrew proficiency and readiness to support state and federal partners when aerial firefighting capabilities are needed.
