More than 60 Airmen from the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing and 132d Wing attended the inaugural Frontline Supervisors Leadership Course at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tenn., May 18-22, 2026. Developed specifically for Iowa ANG Airmen and hosted through TEC University, the course focused on leadership development, communication and teamwork while fostering relationships across Iowa’s two wings. Participants were intentionally integrated into mixed teams and lodging assignments to encourage collaboration, broaden perspectives and strengthen professional connections throughout the Iowa ANG.
